Busola has over 18 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. She has worked in various roles from Operations as a Schlumberger Wireline General Field Engineer (Nigeria, India and the USA), to working as a Reservoir Engineer in Nigeria and as the Data and Consulting Services Training Center Manager in Houston, USA.

She has also worked in Human Resources as the Schlumberger Field Development & Production Services Personnel Manager in the UK and as the Network of Excellence in training (NExT) Business Development Manager Gulf of Guinea Countries.
Her experience spans Operations Management, Personnel Management, Training and Capacity Development, Business Development and Civil Engineering.

She has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos and an MSc in Structural Engineering and Construction Management from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.
